TaylorMade-adidas Golf Announces
Organization Changes

CARLSBAD, Calif. (April 6, 2004) – TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company (TMaG), the No. 1 brand of metalwood on the PGA Tour, today announced three key organization changes.

John Kawaja has been named President of adidas Golf. Formerly Head of Marketing, North America for adidas America, he replaces former adidas Golf President Robert Erb, who has left the company. Kawaja has been with adidas-Salomon AG for more than 16 years, during which time he held a variety of positions in sales and marketing.

Harm Ohlmeyer has been named Chief Financial Officer for TMaG. Formerly Vice President Corporate Controlling for adidas-Salomon AG, he replaces Howard Allred, who will assume a new position within the adidas-Salomon AG group. Ohlmeyer joined the adidas-Salomon AG's Global Finance department in 1999.

Brad Barnett has been promoted to Vice President Operations. Formerly Director of Operations, he assumes responsibility for all TMaG operations, taking over that function from former Chief Operations Officer Mark Leposky, who has left the company. Brad joined TMaG in 1999 as Director of Global Logistics; prior to that he spent a year at Coca Cola as a regional operations manager in the frozen division and 13 years at UPS in a variety of operational and industrial engineering roles.

"We're confident that the addition of Harm Ohlmeyer and John Kawaja, along with promotion of Brad Barnett, will help TaylorMade-adidas Golf to sustain its current momentum in terms of growth, innovation and market leadership," says Mark King, President and CEO. "Additionally, bringing Harm and John on board will allow us to further integrate our business procedures and practices with those of adidas America and adidas-Salomon AG, a long-term goal of ours that we continue to make progress toward fully achieving."
